As 2025 comes to a close, we want to extend our sincere gratitude for your partnership, your advocacy, and your unwavering commitment to strengthening home-based care in Pennsylvania.

This year, 891 agencies, providers, and partners stood together as PHA members, 129 more than last year. Because of you, we continued to champion meaningful policy change, expand direct care workforce training, grow our education programs, and support providers with the resources they need to deliver high-quality care across the Commonwealth.
