green-tree-yoga of pa, offers tailor-made yoga classes and workshops suitable for the needs of all students. This includes public and private groups, private classes, and corporate yoga offerings. All classes and workshops are led by Yoga Alliance Registered Teacher Brenda C. Brenda was first introduced to yoga more than fifteen years ago, and became serious about her practice while searching for relief from chronic back pain. The yogic tools and methodology she learned literally changed her life. Brenda earned her 500 hour designation with the Himalayan Institute, and is an E-200 hour-level Registered Yoga Teacher with the Yoga Alliance. In the fall of 2021, she started graduate work in the MA Yogic Studies program through Naropa University. She is eager to share her knowledge with students and uses her background as a Professor of Theatre to effectively, creatively, and safely build a solid yoga foundation appropriate for every student. With an abundance of positive energy and welcoming presence, Brenda’s objective is to empower practitioners with tools that will enrich their lives on a daily basis both on and off the mat. Through exploration and connection of mind, body, and breath, practitioners will be able to bring yogic balance to all aspects of their lives----ultimately enhancing health and well being in every respect. Her dedicated commitment to educating yoga students about the many benefits of yoga provided the motivation for creating the Yoga Discovery Podcast. When not on the mat, in the classroom, or in the theatre, Brenda travels the world searching for adventures that will expand her understanding of our global community. In the yogic world, she is passionate about bringing new practitioners to the mat while deepening the understanding of more seasoned practitioners. Education:

Our usual Wednesday night Six-Week Basic Yoga flow class will move to Tuesday for the upcoming session that begins on November 18th. This is an all-levels class in an environment dedicated to growth while taught by Brenda C. Eppley, founder of the Yoga Discovery Podcast. Brenda provides clear instructions and appropriate modifications that support your understanding of yoga.

Green-Tree-Yoga offers tailor-made yoga classes and workshops suitable for the needs of all clients. This includes public and private groups, private classes, and corporate yoga offerings. Currently, sessions may include (but are not limited to) Hatha, Vinyasa, Yoga for the Artistic Mind, Senior Yoga, Yoga in Prisons, and Yoga for PTSD. All classes and workshops are led by Certified Yoga Instructor Brenda C. Eppley, who is an E-RYT-200 Level Teacher. Brenda was first introduced to yoga more than ten years ago, and became serious about her practice while searching for relief from chronic back pain. The yogic tools and methodology she learned literally changed her life. Certified in Hatha, Vinyasa, and Yoga in Prisons/PTSD, Brenda is eager to share her knowledge with students and uses her background as a Professor of Theatre and professional actor to effectively, creatively, and safely build a solid yoga foundation appropriate for every student. With an abundance of positive energy and welcoming presence, Brenda’s objective is to empower practitioners with tools that will enrich their lives on a daily basis both on and off the mat. Through exploration and connection of mind, body, breath and spirit, practitioners will be able to bring yogic balance to all aspects of their lives----ultimately enhancing our health and well being in every respect. When not on the mat, in the classroom, or in the theatre, Brenda travels the world searching for adventures that will expand her understanding of our global community. Having recently returned from teaching in South Africa, Brenda’s latest quest is to bring a harmonic yogic practice to individuals who are new to the mat, while cultivating a knowledgeable awareness to enhance the experienced student’s evolving journey.
