We are looking for a motivated, reliable, and people-focused Front Desk & Social Media Coordinator to join our growing team. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, loves connecting with people, and understands the importance of strong social media presence in a luxury med spa setting.
đź•’ Schedule
• Monday: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
• Tuesday: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM
• Thursday: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
• One Saturday per month: 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM
đź’Ľ Key Responsibilities
• Serve as the first point of contact for clients—both in person and over the phone
• Professionally respond to emails as well as create email blasts.
• Correctly order products needed for the spa.
• Provide exceptional customer service with warmth, professionalism, and confidence
• Assist with scheduling, client communication, and daily front desk operations
• Support and engage with Xquisite Med Spa’s social media platforms (posting, reposting, engaging, and assisting with content as directed)
• Anticipate client needs and help guide them to the appropriate services or team members
• Multitask efficiently while maintaining attention to detail
• Work collaboratively with providers and management to support a seamless client experience
🌟 The Ideal Candidate Is:
• Well-versed in social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, etc.)
• Confident, friendly, and comfortable talking with a wide range of clients
• Naturally intuitive and able to read situations and anticipate needs
• Highly organized and strong at multitasking
• Comfortable using computers, scheduling systems, and various software platforms
• Reliable, trustworthy, and punctual
• A self-starter who thinks independently while also being a true team player
• Interested in growing with the practice and being an active part of the Xquisite brand!
