Gabe, Tom, and Isaac have been working very hard at their second internships. Gabe is working in Materials Management at YGH and Tom is in the Environmental Services department. Isaac is at Willow Brook in dietary. They are really enjoying what they are doing and are learning a lot.

Project SEARCH-York, Nebraska Interns are in their final week of the first internship. What a great opportunity for each young man! Thanks to Wendy's, Cornerstone Bank and York SCC Learning Center for participating! These are great businesses in York and are a part of something amazing!

Great job today Project SEARCH-York, Nebraska Interns! Everyone came into the York General Wellness Center ready to learn and work! Thank you Chris Payne for your time in showing the young men how to use the equipment correctly.

Well another group of interns in full force! I am so fortunate to be able to be a part of this wonderful program of teaching life skills to these young adults who will transition into employment in the workplace. What an Awesome program Project SEARCH is! This group of young adults are intelligent, smart, and quite capable of attaining any job they may seek. I learn from them everyday! I'm looking forward to another Awesome year with Project SEARCH!
