NEW **FREE** ADULT SUPPORT GROUP OPEN "Rooted & Resilient - An Adult Support Circle" – Register by Fri 10/3/25 - In Person Starting Mon 10/6/25 @ 7p with interns Ashley Carty, B.S. & Dee Korpman, B.A. – 8 weekly sessions – free of cost – details below!
This free of cost group for adults is confidential, in-person at our Yorktown location, and closed after the registration deadline of Fri. Oct. 3.
Through a blend of psychoeducation, reflective activities, and group support, participants will have the opportunity to:
- Build emotional awareness
- Create customized stress coping tools
- Strengthen boundaries & self-care
- Design a forward-looking wellness plan

The group will run Mon. 10/6/25 - 12/1/25 for 8 sessions. Space is limited but open spots remain, sign up by Fri 10/3/25 to secure your spot!
