Such an amazing boutique studio! Who do you know that wants to get started but just needs the community and the extra push?!

I am going to be completely honest. Opening a personal training studio, Bulletproof Wellness has been one of the hardest things I have ever done. I am asking for help....

I am not from this area I have my husband and my grandson here we are a military family and I am a beach girl/city if you ever been to Springfield Missouri this is a big city compared to it! I am blessed to have a huge community in the fitness industry and I created a family here.

My work has only began! I’m passionate about showing people how extraordinary their bodies can be with the right blend of nutrition and weight training! At Bulletproof Wellness Studio, we’re building a supportive community where we uplift each other to unlock our bodies’ magic and truly Age Strong, Age Young. I am asking you for help to get my services to the people that need it. I have programs for all budgets. Even free Saturday Classes. I need help to reach people.

So if you or you know someone that feels stuck or nothings working or you just need change, I do online programing as well. Give them my name or reach out to me I want to change lives.
