For this , we recognized our Veteran residents with a special ceremony to honor them for their service to our country. Chaplin Ed presented our veterans with certificates and Volunteer Gala presented our veterans with patriotic quilts. We also had Greg from Tidewater Arts Outreach perform and cupcakes from Altmeyer Funeral Homes- Virginia

We celebrated our October Birthdays this week!

We had a "POE-tic Affair" themed celebration that featured live music by Jerry on the guitar accompanied by his wife Mary, refreshments, cake and so much more. We're so grateful to be able to celebrate all of you!

The Hamilton looks a little different today!

We took our residents on a spook-tacular trip to Salem, Massachusetts! We put on our finest witch hats and enjoyed delicious candy apples with fun toppings while sipping on refreshing beverages.

We welcome a new member to our Life Enrichment Team, Dely!

Dely is a seasoned veteran to the community. The residents know her and love her! Life Enrichment is known to bring joy, purpose, and fun to our resident’s day.

When asked what drives her, Deli said “I enjoy spending time with the residents and making them happy!”

We are so excited to have her on this team and working alongside the Life Enrichment Department. Welcome Dely!

The Hamilton was so happy to celebrate our monthly birthdays!

Our residents were treated at our monthly birthday party to a concert from Trick 2 Pony! We had the best time dancing and singing along.

Later on, we had a puppy yoga class with Gloucester-Mathews Humane Society! We loved the good exercise and even cuter company.
