Wholehearted Therapeutic Massage Massage Therapy is for the purpose of increasing total body health. Benefits include pain relief, enhanced range of motion, and improved health of soft tissue.

Through trigger point therapy, muscle spindles, known as trigger points, are worked and allowed to return to normal, as a result greatly reducing or eliminating pain. Massage allows the body to relax and rebuild mentally and physically. In addition, massage enables the system to balance hormones, allowing repair of tissues as well as boosting the immune system, and returning proper blood flow to ischemic tissue resulting in the removal of accumulated waste.
