Trapeze Yoga has a way of bringing out your inner child: the curious, playful, fearless part of you that just wants to try. You’ll laugh (a lot), wobble, maybe spin the wrong way once or twice, and that’s kind of the point! 🤸🏽‍♂️

Every class is full of people of all ages and backgrounds, just showing up to move, play, and support each other. There’s no pressure to “get it right,” only to let go and have fun while your body feels weightless and free. 🪶

Our next class is this Saturday, come hang (literally). 😄

Our Story

Using the modality of yoga, we've created an inviting space open to anyone interested in growing mind, body, and spirit, while learning who we are and drawing closer in our walk with God. Through this platform, it equips us in how to live life on and off our mat as we yoke ourselves with the Lord. This is an integral part of Holy Yoga and an authentic way to deepen our connection with the Him, while meditating on His word and weaving it into our practice.

We encourage and welcome all levels to come and work in your breath, meditate, and mindfully move.
