Save the date for this all-day event in Yorkville, featuring yoga, workshops, meditation, henna, tarot, wellness and so much more! Full schedule and tickets coming soon. Join us, Live!

At Sense of Samadhi your health and wellbeing is our top priority. Beginning tomorrow we will be suspending in person classes and moving to an online format. This online format can be done comfortably from your home while still benefiting from the mind, body components that yoga provides.

Class times will be consistent with our regular schedule.

Please join our sos public group for these live feeds. Facebook live classes will begin, Tuesday 7 pm with Paul and Tairi followed by 8 pm guided meditation.

Props for at home use can include pillows and chairs - get creative!

In order to support our community ALL classes will be free to those that have joined our sos group. Beginning next Tuesday - the group will become private for paying SOS members. Current employment situation will be considered and supported. Please send a pm to Tairi Grace.
