Compensation & Performance Incentives 💰
Base Salary: $69,000 - $80,000 annually (your specific compensation and job title will be based on education, experience, location, clinical skills, and years as a practicing BCBA)

Quarterly Bonus Structure (Reap the Rewards!) – For eligible full-time salaried positions after 90 days:
21-24 billable hours/week average: $1,500 bonus
25+ billable hours/week average: $4,000 bonus

Full-Time Work Schedule:
20 billable hours per week minimum for Behavior Analyst and 25 billable hours per week minimum for Sr. Behavior Analyst.
Remaining hours dedicated to training and professional development
