World Hearing Day 2026
Today, on World Hearing Day, we’re reminded that hearing support enriches the ways we connect. When sound becomes clearer, conversations, experiences, and relationships can feel even more vibrant.
According to the World Health Organization, 1.6 billion people worldwide live with some degree of hearing loss, and around 1.2 billion experience mild-to-moderate levels. The latter often “hear well enough”, yet still struggle to fully engage in conversations, social events, and everyday moments.
With Nuance Audio Glasses, our aim is to enable 1.2 billion people not just to hear better, but to feel more confident, included, and present.
