The sights and sounds of the holiday season, along with visits from Santa and community gatherings, can sometimes be overwhelming for individuals with developmental disabilities. To ensure that those we serve can enjoy the magic of the season in a safe and supportive environment, we created Winter Wonderland. This enchanting event will take place at Waypoint 4180 on December 6th.

Registration is now open for individuals eligible for services through Columbiana, Mahoning, and Trumbull County Boards of DD. Registration for this event must be received by November 21st.

Trick or Treating tips from our friends at ASCO Autism Society Central Ohio in Columbus. Another suggestion is to keep in mind your child’s sensory needs if they have them. Maybe a simpler costume without a mask or makeup. If they wear soft clothes without tags do the same with their costume. Join us for the AATAP - Autism Awareness Training and Acceptance Program Fall Festival on Saturday, October 26th for a fun daytime event.
