If you haven’t experienced the 💫magic💫 of Sam and her Yin Yoga classes yet, now is the time! 🪷 Cozy season is the perfect time to embrace Yin’s sacred stillness. Yin Yoga is a class that holds passive poses anywhere from 2-7 minutes at a time. This slow-moving introspective practice.

Using minimal muscles, this allows the connective tissues of the body (tendons, ligaments and fascia) to expand in a length that is beneficial and therapeutic. This 60 minute quiet practice gives us time to cultivate stillness and sit with ourselves through all of our mind chatter while practicing to be observant rather than reactive.

Sam’s calming presence is so comforting as she interweaves yogic philosophy, mudra meditation, and deep healing into all she offers. Tonight’s class is already half full!

Jim meets you where you are. 💖
He gives modifications and plenty of gentle nudges to rest, recover and take care of yourself. Ashtanga can be as challenging as you choose to make it.

Ashtanga can also be much more gentle and beginner-friendly! This is a deeply meditative, slower-paced vinyasa class. Each posture is help for 5 slow, deep breaths. Every vinyasa can be eliminated if that's best for you. We consistently get such excellent feedback about Jim's Ashtanga. Come try something new TODAY!
