My Homemade Crawfish Ettoufee is pretty tasty if I do say so myself.But me personally I am not too particular on crawfish I think it tasty too fishy unless it is fried but I did taste it and it is pretty good the spice level to me is perfect and tge flavor is on point (I love the gravy).I hope my husband likes it.vNow I know it couldn't even come close to tasting like his because lol 😅 if you know my husband New Orleans Cusine runs thru his veins 😅 😋 but I am definitely proud of my attempt.

My Grilled Steak Salad 🥗.I used thin cut new york strip steak grilled lightly (4 -6 )minutes total, Its seasoned with my homemade house seasoning, and it sitting atop iceberg & baby organic spinach🥬, baby cucumber 🥒, red pickled onion, green peppers, white onions 🌰, celery, cilantro, Italian parsley and organic cocktail tomatoes,steak cut(air fryer) french fries, goat 🐐 cheese and hand grated parmesan cheese 🧀 .Topped with a buttermilk ranch dressing.
