We’re hiring at Crew Physical Therapy!

As I head into my third trimester, we’re making proactive plans to ensure our patients continue to receive top-notch care — and we’re looking for the right physical therapist to join our team in Boardman, OH.

We have both full-time and part-time opportunities available for clinicians with a strong orthopedic background (bonus if you're also interested in pelvic health!). If you're looking for a steady caseload, a collaborative environment, and the freedom to treat 1-on-1 without the burnout, this could be a great fit.

This isn’t a fill-in role — we’re hiring for the long haul and want someone excited to grow with us.

Weekend Recap 🥳🥇

We had three very special athletes from our Starting Line training program race this weekend!

Melanie and Kristin ran in the Glass City Marathon where they both set big PRs and ran Boston Qualifying times🙌🤯

Bruce ran at Glass City in the half marathon where he ran a stellar 2:24🥳

So proud of all three of these athletes and their dedication to their training!!

I will chat all about NORMAL age-related changes in our physiology, endurance, and biomechanics. We will dive into changes from VO2max to muscle mass and how this impacts running. Success story time! 🌟

Jelayne was diagnosed with invasive ductal carcinoma of her left breast in November of last year. She had a lump in her breast that she continuously monitored but got bigger over time and ended up in a biopsy. December, she had a bilateral total mastectomy and lymph node dissection.

Jelayne has always been an active individual. She is an avid runner and loves to lift heavy weights! She came to see Dr. Rachael in January with the goal of improving her range of motion to get back to weightlifting and running safely.

She just finished up her plan of care with us. We were able to decrease her scar tissue through her chest and minimize swelling and reduce the risk of lymphedema. She is back to running and lifting fully and is running the Pittsburgh half marathon in a couple weeks!

Jelayne wants every person who is diagnosed with breast cancer to know that there is help out there for them! Going to physical therapy early during your diagnosis and recovery can significantly improve your quality of life.

Jelayne is a warrior and we are so proud of her and happy we were able to be part of her healing journey 🤍
