Mindful Meals: Nourishing Minds, Lifting Spirits, Building Confidence 🍽️🧠

Alta Behavioral Healthcare’s Mindful Meals group is designed for teens ages 14–17 who are navigating anxiety, depression, or self-esteem challenges. This unique group blends mindfulness, open conversation, coping skills, and cooking to help teens slow down, tune into their emotions, and build healthier relationships with themselves and others.

Through shared meals and guided activities, participants gain tools to reduce stress, boost confidence, and feel more connected — all in a safe, welcoming space.
