Next Level isn’t your typical prevention program — it’s where E-sports, gaming, and meaningful conversations come together to help teens make positive choices and avoid risky behaviors. With a PS5, an Xbox Series X, and a massive projection screen, this group is built for every gamer who wants to have fun and level up in life.

✨ ALTA STAFF SPOTLIGHT: Meet Andrea Lambe! ✨

Join us in celebrating another amazing member of our Alta Care Group team as we continue our Staff Spotlight series… today we’re highlighting Andrea Lambe! 💙

🌟 Andrea started part-time at Alta in April as an Administrative Assistant and became a full-time member of our dream team this past June! She loves her job, her Alta family, and the positive, supportive environment she’s found here.

“I’m one of five kids—with two older brothers, an older sister, and a younger sister who also works at Alta! I have three incredible kids: Dominic (16), Gino (12), and Mia (13). Our house is always full of adventure—between football, cheer, and the extra kids who stay with us when they need a safe place, there’s never a dull moment! I love making things on my Cricut, running, kayaking, hiking, and spending time with my kiddos. We love weekend getaways—our latest was to Cedar Point for Halloweekends! We also have a 7-year-old rescue pup named Kirby, who truly saved us as much as we saved him. Life in our home is busy, loud, and full of love—and I wouldn’t trade it for anything.”

We’re so grateful to have Andrea on our team! Her warmth, energy, and dedication bring so much heart to everything she does at Alta. 💚

Healing. Growth. Resilience. 💙 In this interview, our CEO Vince Paolucci shares the vision behind Alta Behavioral Healthcare moving into the East Palestine Resiliency Center — a space designed to fill the gap in mental health care Columbiana County.

Located at 50410 State Route 14, East Palestine, OH, the center will allow Alta to offer therapy, behavioral healthcare and MRSS (Mobile Response & Stabilization Services) along with the same compassionate Alta care to a more rural community that deserves accessible, quality mental health support.

This is just another step in making a difference where it’s needed most.
