Happy December! At what can be an overwhelming and stressful time, make sure you are taking care of yourself. Start with your basics- sleep 💤, eat 🥪, hydrate 💧, moving 🚶‍♀️, interacting 👯‍♀️, medicine, vitamins, knowing your limit. 🩷

This season can feel heavy for many. It’s ok. The goal is to show up as best you can and be proud of that.

Things that may help improve your mood? Listen to your body- rest if you need💤- eat when you’re hungry- even if it’s just a little 🌯- take your medicine as prescribed- decorate for the season if you feel moved to 🎄- honor your loved ones 🩷- spend time doing things that bring you JOY😊- take social media breaks- don’t take on more than you can- spend time outside when you can☀️ - GIVE YOURSELF GRACE.
