A wellness visit is a yearly check-up to help you stay healthy and on top of your health goals. It includes:
✅ Basic labs
✅ General Health screenings
✅ Review of your health goals

For women, it also includes mammograms starting at age 40, and for men, PSA screenings starting between ages 40-45. Additionally, colonoscopy screenings start at age 45 for both.

Please note: Wellness visits do not include medication refills or addressing specific patient complaints.
