Familiarize yourselves with behavioral type of questions for the interview. This is common here. They focus more on how you will handle situations with patients and colleagues. Rejection is just redirection guys. I see it as a positive most times. I don't sweat over a no. I know it's a way of God saying, chill a little. Relax.!! So if one door closes, another one opens up. This applies to jobs, relationships etc!!
