We are seeking a motivated Arborist Climber to join our growing crew! If you’re experienced in tree climbing or aerial lift work and ready to work outdoors year-round, this is your chance to grow in the arboriculture field.

🔧 Key Responsibilities:
• Climb trees and operate aerial lifts for pruning, removals, and more
• Identify tree species and assess risk or damage
• Perform cabling, bracing, root collar excavation
• Operate and maintain chainsaws, chippers, and hand tools
• Support ground crew and follow safety standards on every job
• Follow directions from Arborist Crew Leaders on residential and commercial projects

📋 Requirements:
• 1+ year of tree climbing or aerial lift experience
