Innovative Wellness & Weight Loss Center LLC, Located in Youngwood PA, is an independently owned & operated medical practice; Established January 2019. Providing an Innovative approach to wellness & health care, while offering many modality of preventative care with a holistic approach. Heather Pavlinsky, is a Board Certified Family Nurse Practitioner, Graduate of Carlow University with a Masters in Nursing. Educated and trained as Holistic Health Practitioner, Wellness Coach, and Aesthetic Injector- Board Certified through the American Academy of Procedure Medicine (AAOPM) and trained through Empire Medical Training by world renowned plastic surgeons.
Her dual Board Certifications obtained by the AAOPM include, 1. Antiaging & Medical Weight Loss & 2.Aesthetic Medicine & Procedures, with the most up-to-date knowledge of procedures, protocols, and innovative services. To complement her nutritional training, she received further training and certification in IV Hydration & IV Nutrition with knowledge of a variety of protocols including the Myers Cocktail to individualized treatment protocols. Her background in medicine started in 1998 as a Phlebotomist, later becoming a Registered Nurse with a Diploma in 2005 from West Penn School of Nursing. Innovative Wellness is quickly becoming known for it’s “one stop shop” uniqueness as a Primary Care Practice that offers a holistic approach to scientific medicine, all while having the ability to relax and enjoy a medical grade facial treatment, with our licensed Estheticians & incorporating muscle/lymphatic management with our highly experienced licensed Massage Therapist.
We also offer Direct Primary Care- (a payment model) to those who do not have medical health coverage, but require frequent medical visits. This allows you to pay an affordable monthly membership to cover the cost of your medical office visits, small in-office procedures, access to low cost labs, & medication. We also provide Preemployment / school physicals/ TB & Drug Screening, Covid 19 Rapid Antibody testing & Nasal collection for RT PCR. Our results are available within 24-48 hrs for nasal, and 30 mins for Rapids. Please see our website for all CDC information as it applies to any C19 Tests.
