Today is one of my favorite days of the year! I spent this morning shopping many small businesses with my husband, strolling a local small town with coffee in hand from you guessed it, a local spot ( ) !

I’ve rounded up a few ways you can support small businesses such as Reach + Root Movement in the following slides!

1:1 sessions create a really unique and personal connection between my clients and I, and I wanted to honor those relationships in a special way. So, this year I commissioned 𝐏𝐚𝐲𝐭𝐨𝐧 𝐅𝐢𝐧𝐞 𝐀𝐫𝐭 to paint these beautiful works for each of my clients. I gave her their story of growth over the year as well as stories I got to hear from them during sessions about family, vacations, desires – and Payton truly blew me away with her depictions of each persons journey.

The biggest fan of Reach + Root, Mozzie’s favorite human, my favorite human, my mom is still in need of your prayers. She is currently on a ventilator in the ICU. We take it day by day and try to stay positive.

If you know me you know I started teaching Pilates because I was passionate about helping my mom feel good, and it just so happens my love for her and her health turned into owning my own small business. She hardly ever misses a Sunday Gyrokinesis class.

All classes and privates are on hold until Jan 8 and potentially longer, but I will keep everyone posted. In the meantime if you want to financially support us and our stay at the hospital, you can Venmo me @ angela-sutcliffe

Of course amidst my birthday celebrations, 12 days of movement continues! We are back at it with the lovely demo-ing some of my favorite Theraband moves! This 20 minute workout is a perfect balance of stretching and strengthening. I love the Theraband for tactile feedback (especially with hyper mobility) to feel exercises more deeply and be more engaged throughout. Enjoy!

In this video, you’ll open and energize your hands and feet! This video is great for everyone, but especially if you have a profession that over or under-utilizes your hands and/or feet, joint pain or just want more mobility and balance.

This class is my favorite class to do with my mom who has rheumatoid arthritis. It makes her hands and feet feel so much more open!

The holidays can be so joyful, but it can also be a really tough time too. Stress manifests in our bodies in ways we don’t even realize until we start to move and notice. I am here to remind you that giving back to yourself is the best way to show up for others. This video will guide you through low energy gentle floor stretches (although this could easily be modified in bed or in a chair).
