Join me in 2 weeks! So many people have asked for a knife skills class and it is finally here. I have 2 classes available, Saturday May 28, and Sunday May 29. Both are from 3-5pm.
Registration is by phone or in person due to the options that you can choose. Class includes the veggies that you prepare and a sauce to whip up a nice dinner at home.
Are you ready to "UP" your Knife Skills in the Kitchen? 🔪 Now is your chance! Come spend 2 hours with Chef Duke learning the proper techniques for slicing and dicing all manner of fruits and veggies.
We are pleased to announce that this class will be offered on two separate days for your convenience:
Saturday, May 28th at 3-5 PM (ONLY 4 SPOTS LEFT)
OR
Sunday, May 29th at 3-5 PM (ONLY 5 SPOTS LEFT
In this class you will learn how to set up your work space, kitchen knives safety dos and don’ts, along with many cutting techniques. You will leave class with enough veggies prepped for a delish stir fry for two (sauce included!) A full demo of the dish, plus plenty of practice time one-on-one with Chef Duke is included.
There are two different prices for this workshop:
1. $50 Class with Personal Knife sharpening. Do you already have your very own, beloved Chef Knife? Bring it in to get it sharpened in time for the workshop. (Drop-off cutoff date is 5/22/22).
2. $99 Class with new Chef Knife in-store. Experience this workshop with the joy of a BRAND NEW 8" Chef Knife by Messermeister that we carry at Stone & Spoon!
