I know where I can find nature, and I can create space in my weekly routine and agenda to spend time- and surrender myself to nature.

I can walk in nature and deeply breathe in and out fresh air, and this way I can revitalize my whole body, mind and purify my system.

I have the ability to make spending time in nature a priority, just as I can prioritize anything I decide.

By honoring my connection with nature I honor my existence. Having a calm nervous system is necessary for my body to stay healthy, for my mind to stay clear and for myself to feel good.

I am inspired to surrender to nature and allow her gifts into my life.
