Shannon holds a Master of Science in Nursing as a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP), is board certified, and is deeply committed to early disease prevention and early detection, helping patients stay healthy and thrive.

We’re proud to share a recently published article highlighting FMC's New Senior Life SolutionsProgram, designed to support the mental health and emotional well-being of older adults in our community.

Nearly one in four adults age 65 and older experience mental health conditions such as anxiety or depression. Senior Life Solutions was created to meet this growing need—offering compassionate, specialized care for seniors who may be facing isolation, loss, or reduced social support.

“In our community, there’s a large population of seniors, so there’s a huge need for services—especially mental health services,” shares Program Director Karmen Bleich.
