My doors bust WIDE open on May 2nd 🩷🤰

Here are 3 questions you probably have👇

1. What’s the cost?? 💵 So glad you asked. It’s my mission to always keep PCOS care for you affordable. In fact, I haven’t raised my prices since I think 2021….The full cost is $367 for lifetime access (but I also have a payment plan that splits this up into 4 easy, equal payments without interest!) and that includes EVERYTHING- 6+ months worth of PCOS approved built-by-me meal plans, the direct support with me in our private membership community, the discounts on every single supplement, discounts on PCOS lab testing and cycle tracking BBT devices, customized nutrition plan, downloadable exercise plans with a PCOS personal trainer, and more!
2. How long is the program? 📅 You have lifetime access to this program! You will continue to have access to any and all upgrades I EVER make in the future. I hate subscription programs TBH, like I have PCOS for life— why wouldn’t I want something that can continue to work for me and grow with me??
3. I also want to lose weight, is this program for me?? 🤔 There is a FULL weight loss mode to check into, mama! Plus, once you do get pregnant and have your baby, you can switch into postpartum weight loss mode bc you have lifetime access! Let’s get your body in the BEST place possible prior to baby coming 💥💕✅

For more information check out the highlight on my profile or shoot me a DM! I can’t wait to help you all. 🩷

Can you relate?

I want you to know you are in the driver’s seat of your PCOS, and not the other way around.

How we:
🩷 Eat
🩷 Move our bodies
🩷 Supplement
🩷 Sleep
🩷 Handle life’s inevitable stressors
🩷 Take care of our gut
🩷 Speak to ourselves and others

These all impact how our PCOS shows up.

Repeat after me: “I am in control of my PCOS. I can take the steps I need to start feeling better.”

PCOS made me feel like a foreigner in my body, and have so many unanswered questions about my diagnosis.

I never felt truly heard and understood by the doctors who were there to “help.”

I realized PCOS isn’t just about a missing period or carb cravings. It encompasses SO much more. And there are so many more things we can do to quiet symptoms than we’re ever led to believe.

If you have PCOS, same. I want to help you navigate this beast and start feeling better in your own body.

Please drop a question for me below so I can help you. I’m here to answer 🩷

PCOS doesn’t have one “look” - it can really behave, feel, and appear SO different depending on our own unique body & set of symptoms.

PCOS can also be completely invisible for some of us, meaning we absolutely should never be told “but you don’t LOOK like you have it.” Ummm sir, my anxiety, uncontrollable mood swings, and crying spells SURE AS HELL FEEL THAT WAY. Oh and the fact that I’ve been trying to get pregnant for literally 8 years without much success 😑

For some of us, PCOS *is* visible. You can see it clearly on our cheeks, or on our hips, chins, and hair line.

Regardless of which “category” you fit into (and maybe it’s allllll of them), we need to give each other more compassion and continue to educate other people who just don’t entirely understand the diagnosis. Let’s start there. Knowledge IS power.

How does PCOS affect you most? What questions about it can I help separate fact from fiction for you? 👇

PCOS and body odor 👇🏼

Yes, your PCOS may be behind this irritating and embarrassing symptom 🙄 PCOS strikes again 💩 Read below to understand why it happens + find some combat-strategies

1) Hormonal issues linked to poorly controlled glucose levels can bring on more perspiration, bacteria, and odor

2) Lower estrogen levels can alter the brain’s ability to regulate body temperature which can lead to hot flashes and night sweats- perspiration promotes bacteria growth on the body

3) Depression, anxiety, and stress may contribute to increased sweating and enhanced body odor

4) Caffeine can provoke perspiration associated with increased odor

5) Since odor-causing bacteria are attracted to apocrine sweat glands (near hair follicles), women with more hair will have more surface area on which bacteria can cling, and the smell can be more pungent

6) Excess weight means more skin creases, folds and redundancies for bacteria to potentially hang out and fester

What to do to help this?

👉🏼Wear natural materials that breathe like cotton and not synthetic fabrics, such as polyester

👉🏼Remove as much hair as makes you comfortable

👉🏼Drysol is a prescription-strength antiperspirant that treats excess sweating, and can be used on the underarms, scalp, hands and feet. Ask your doc if this might be appropriate for you

👉🏼Lastly and of course, watch your diet, and reduce eating odor-causing foods like garlic, onions, and curry. Mint, citrus, cucumber, and parsley can be beneficial. Drink lots of water, too!

Here for any and all questions you might have, ask away!

Yes, I have PCOS. And lemme tell you, my struggles are 1000% REAL.

I’m not “exaggerating” or making it all up to justify the way I look and feel.

My PCOS is NOT a “lazy fat girl condition” as some have called it. And it’s not “bearded lady syndrome” as an actual medical doctor called it on his IG Live. Yes, this really happened. And no, I’ll never get over it.

There are real hormonal issues at play that make it harder for me to lose weight. PCOS can cause mood swings, irregular periods, hair loss and facial hair, and insulin resistance.

As PCOS girlies, we’re continuously gaslit by medical providers and just given birth control like candy. And although PCOS is a chronic condition and cannot be cured (despite what you may hear online - it’s fake news boo) it CAN be managed!

This is where I come in.

What restaurant should I do next?! Lemme know 👇🏼

Chipotle has some amazing yum yums, let’s be reallll. And college-me used to just love a PACKED burrito every weekend after too much late night action ☠️🌯 But once I understood the carb, calorie, and fat content of the majority of their offerings, I was like ehhhhhh...how can I do this better??

👉🏼When we’re working on weight loss with PCOS or working to optimize our fertility with PCOS, we want to be mindful of both calories AND macros. Both have a place, y’all

This simple yummy swap is less calories and carbs, and more fiber. Hellllloooooo healthier blood sugars, happier weight, and better behaving PCOS symptoms ✅

Use this swap next time you’re craving Chipotle and drop me a comment with some places you eat out you’d love me to create a PCOS swap for!

Cheers and burrito bowls, mah boo thangs 🥑
