Who’s getting moving this Monday? We were so excited to kick off National Walking Day week with the launch of this years Plumas Lake Walking Moai, bright and early at 6:30AM, with just enough light, fresh air, and great company to set the tone for the week! Big thanks to Supervisor Bradford for keeping this tradition going for the past 4 years and prioritizing health in our community 💙 We’d love for you to come walk with this amazing group! Every Monday at 6:30AM, North parking lot of Eufay Wood Park!

Last night’s Blue Zones kitchen at the was full of flavor, culture, and connection 💙

Mrs. B brought us together for a delicious fusion of Filipino and Indian cuisine, featuring a refreshing mango lassi and bitter melon stir fry! For many of us, it was our first time working with bitter melon, and it did not disappoint!!!! Even better, every ingredient came from locally owned and operated grocery store L.A Merchandise, making it easy peasy to bring these dishes into our own kitchens! Such a fantastic evening filled with good food, great company, and another step toward living the Blue Zones way! Woo!!
