Our team had the most magical last week meditating with horses at Hearts of Hope Ranch Inc. in Browns Valley! This sweet video they made us post visit captures all the joy, connection, and mindfulness we shared together.

Not only does the ranch rescue and care for horses, but their Equine Assisted Programs also support mental health and healing, talk about heart and soul! At Blue Zones Project Yuba-Sutter, we love slowing down, connecting, and celebrating those special moments (can you say !) and this experience reminded us just how powerful that can be!

Remember when we said the Christmas Stroll was going to be magical? We weren't kidding. We've locked in the entertainment lineup, and honestly? It's INCREDIBLE.

What a magical weekend in Marysville! First, we were honored to be the Blue Christmas spotlight at the Marysville Christmas Tree Lighting at Candy Cane Lane! It meant so much to be recognized in such a joyful community tradition, and even more special to experience it side-by-side with our families and several of our incredible Blue Zones Champions. Moments like these remind us why we love the work we do!

A huge thank-you to the City of Marysville, California for being such a supportive partner and helping us champion a healthier community!

Then we kept the festive spirit going as we joined the Marysville Christmas Parade in true Blue Zones fashion: walking the route with our amazing volunteers, Walking Moai members, Blue Zones champions, and the president of the River Valley High School Blue Zones Club! Even in the freezing cold, this crew showed up with heart, energy, and holiday cheer!

Our hearts (and steps!) are full. Thanks for celebrating the season of community, joy, and togetherness with us! 💙
