Wow, what a night! ✨ We’re still feeling the energy from Thursday as Yuba County truly showed UP for smoke-free living at the Yuba County To***co Forum. From brave youth voices to expert insights, the room was filled with courage, community, and powerful information and stories!

to last week’s heartwarming Friendsgiving with St. Andrew Presbyterian Church 💙 Seeing kids, parents, grandparents, and everyone in between gather around the table, share healthy homemade dishes, and enjoy conversation was truly beautiful. Moments like these remind us that connection, and sharing a meal together, is truly one of the simplest, most powerful ingredients for a long, joyful life. As we move into the holiday season, here’s to more time spent together, good food, and great company! Happy Friday all!

Whether it’s a stroll, a stretch, or a picnic in the park, our local green spaces bring our community together in all the best ways. So it only makes sense that we would adopt Triplett Park in partnership with our friends from SAYlove and Woods Family Speech Therapy! We had so much fun officially cutting the ribbon today with City of Marysville, California and can’t wait to help keep Triplett Park clean, green, and full of life!

Good morning from Lincoln Elementary School! We are here today with the Lincoln School Parent Liaison and PTO President, helping host their very first parent cooking activity using CalFresh cookbooks provided by our friends at Sutter County Public Health!

Teachers are also getting a taste of wellness with Blue Zones Project sample smoothies and recipe cards. It’s a happy, healthy day at Lincoln Elementary! 💙

Community spirit was shining bright in Yuba-Sutter today! ✨Our Mall Walk crew kicked off the morning with movement, then headed over to cheer on our local heroes at the Veterans Day Parade. And to top it all off, enjoyed lunch at Blue Zones Project Approved restaurant The Brick Coffee House Café enjoying their delicious Blue Zones-inspired menu!

A beautiful reminder of what Blue Zones living looks like, moving naturally, eating wisely, showing up for one another, and celebrating the heart of our community💙🇺🇸
