I made chocolate chip pumpkin pancakes at 9:30pm last night just because. Sometimes the biggest healing you can do for yourself is to release attachment of stringent expectations on yourself. Sometimes healing is quiet, non flashy, and little glimmers you choose to see each day. Or in my case pumpkin pancakes before bed 😆🤣

Why a decoction and not a tradition tea brewing method? Each of my products has a combination of leaves, roots, barks and mushrooms which require longer brewing time to fully grab all the properties from each herb!
