Those top three tell me a lot of people are feeling depleted/defeated , burdened and hurting in some way. Life is hard, and the flowers are so gently impactful in the way they offer comfort, support and guidance . 🥹🌻 Have you tried the muscle testing option? It’s a fun way to narrow down what could best support you in this season without overthinking it. So many times what we think the problem is, isn’t actually the issue. Can’t tell you how many times someone said “I would have never chosen that for myself, but it was exactly what I needed!”

I’m not a fan of “ tHe PrObLeM wITh ThIs” kind of posts , but this has been a huge lightbulb for some of you! Some of you are rightly focused on hydration, not realizing what is still dehydrating you. Stress also wastes minerals, so don’t panic 😅.

Not everyone can afford Mountain Valley delivered, and most of us are just doing the best we can . Control your controllables 🤓 Stress, caffeine, sauna, high intensity workouts , mouth breathing and Dasani (lol) are some things that are dehydrating. Limit where you can if you’re already dehydrated.

Don’t have access to spring water? Some of my favorite hydrating things are soups, stews, juice, unrefined salt, coconut water, nettle tea, fulvic minerals and sometimes electrolytes.

Remember sterile = no life, and minerals aka electrolytes are electric light! 💡 If you’re feeling run down,there’s nothing wrong with you, you’re probably just low voltage ⚡️ 😘😘
