Join us for an immersive Nada Yoga experience — the ancient art of using sound and vibration to cultivate inner stillness.
This class includes gentle vocal warm-ups, foundational Indian music exercises
(including sargam), and tools for conscious listening and vocal expression. You‘ll
explore the connection between breath, voice, and presence, ending with a
meditative live Raga performance featuring bansuri, tanpura, and voice.
No prior singing experience needed — just curiosity and an open heart.
