The Annual Health & Resource Fair is back! Morongo Basin Healthcare District and the Town of Yucca Valley invite you to a day of health and wellness on Saturday, May 2, from 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM at the Yucca Valley Community Center.
Enjoy free health screenings, connect with local businesses and agencies, and discover resources to help you manage your health. Meet healthcare providers and explore tools for better health. The Town’s Youth Commission will host a fun zone with games and activities for kids.

Medi-Cal renewal packets are being sent to subscribers based on the date when the subscriber first began to receive benefits. Approximately 45 days prior to the renewal due date, a letter is sent by Medi-Cal alerting the subscriber that the packet is on the way and to keep a look-out for it. If the packet is not received, the subscriber can log on to their BenefitsCal.com account and print out the renewal packet or visit the local TAD office to pick up a packet.

Morongo Basin Healthcare District's community health workers are available to help subscribers complete their renewal packet. The subscriber must provide the packet; our staff cannot retrieve the renewal packet for the subscriber.

There is no fee for staff assistance, but an appointment is required. Call 760-365-9305 extension 1546 to make an appointment for free assistance. This assistance is provided by Morongo Basin Healthcare District as part of our mission to improve the health and wellness of Basin residents. A CALL FOR HEALTH FAIR VENDORS has been announced by Morongo Basin Healthcare District for its May 2 annual health fair at the Yucca Valley Community Center.

Past health fair vendors and newly interested agencies and organizations who offer resources that benefit the community, are invited to complete an application to participate in this year’s event. An application can be downloaded at MorongoBasinHealth.org. No fee is charged to participate. No sales are permitted at the event. Application deadline is April 10.
