She earned her degree from Oklahoma State University College of Osteopathic Medicine and completed her residency in Tahlequah, Oklahoma. Her focus is on improving both quality and quantity of life, while advocating for her patients and empowering them to make confident healthcare decisions.

Outside of the clinic, Dr. Meredith enjoys life with her husband and three kids. Whether that’s working on projects around their acreage, making crafts, or caring for their many pets.

Dr. Dustin Baker believes that strong relationships are the foundation of great healthcare. By building trust with his patients, he’s able to better educate them and quickly recognize when new health concerns arise.

A Board-Certified Family Medicine Physician with an additional certification in Hospice and Palliative Care, Dr. Baker earned his medical degree from the University of Oklahoma Health Science Center and completed his residency at Great Plains Family Medicine, where he also served as chief resident. He has also served as President of the Frontier District for the Oklahoma Academy of Family Physicians.

Outside the clinic, Dr. Baker enjoys the outdoors with his wife, son, two daughters, and golden retriever. Whether it’s skiing, hiking mountains, heading to the lake, or playing a round of golf, he loves staying active in nature.

Dr. Holly Goracke, MD, is a board-certified family medicine physician who loves helping patients of all ages live healthier, happier lives. She takes the time to educate and support her patients, making sure they have the tools and knowledge to build long-term wellness.
