Spanish Cove was thrilled to host the Power of 100 Canadian County Q1 2026 Galentine’s Event last night, and what an incredible evening it was. The energy in the room was amazing as women came together with one shared goal, raising funds to make a meaningful impact in our community.

From the generous giving to the exciting prizes, the night was filled with joy, purpose, and connection. We are so inspired by the Canadian County Power of 100 and the incredible work they do to raise money for local charities. The heart behind this group is truly something special.

A huge thank you to our outstanding Dietary Team for creating a delicious hot potato bar that was a crowd favorite. The food was fantastic and added the perfect touch to an already wonderful evening.

Congratulations to Compassionate Sharing for being selected as the winning charity last night. We are honored to celebrate alongside you and the important work you do.

Thank you to everyone who attended and helped make this Galentine’s event such a success. Spanish Cove is grateful to be part of moments like these that bring people together and make a difference.

Thank you to Eric Peters, Director of Culinary and Housekeeping Services, Jacklyn Dunlap, Director of Nursing – Pavilion 1, and Kristyn Clark, Director of Assisted Living/Home Health for your leadership and dedication.

We are incredibly grateful for our nursing and care staff who showed up without hesitation, some arriving early, all committed to being here for our residents no matter the conditions. Your compassion, professionalism, and faithfulness do not go unnoticed.

Thank you as well to our dietary staff for ensuring meals were prepared, delivered, and served with care, making sure everyone was well fed and well taken care of throughout the storm.

We are so proud of our entire Spanish Cove team. Even in challenging weather, you continue to show up, serve with excellence, and put our residents first. That commitment means everything.

A big thank you to Rustin Unruh, Director of Maintenance and Construction, and his AMAZING team for all they’ve done during this Oklahoma snowstorm.

Yesterday, they were out salting all of the sidewalks in preparation for the weather. Today, they’ve been plowing and clearing sidewalks and common areas to keep everything safe and accessible for our residents and pet residents 🐾

We are so grateful for their dedication, teamwork, and care during this winter weather. Thank you for always looking out for our community.

Spanish Cove residents had a lot of fun this past week.

First up was the Red Door Escape Room, where teamwork, laughter, and problem-solving made for an exciting experience.

Then we were treated to a special visit from Benjamin Franklin himself, who shared his story and brought history to life right here at Spanish Cove.

From cracking clues to stepping back in time, it was a great week filled with smiles, learning, and memorable moments.

Spanish Cove rang in the New Year in true Great Gatsby style.

Our Independent Living residents stepped back into the Roaring Twenties with a Gatsby-themed celebration filled with elegant attire, great music, delicious food, and lots of laughter. From the dazzling outfits to the lively atmosphere, it was a night full of fun and unforgettable memories.
