Sometimes, I get asked to make soaps shaped like characters: yoda, stitch, Batman logo, that kind of thing. And while I love to make unique shapes and sell them to my clients, I will not violate copyright law and risk getting in trouble.
For the other hand crafters out there, I hope this information helps you to do the ethical thing, too!

What's the best advice you can give handcrafters, specifically soap makers, on using comic / copyrighted images in their soaps?

Where do you buy your essential oils?

Hey Friends and Family! When is the last time you HURT? Today? Yesterday?
I tell you, I used to get up every day with the achiest knees... and boy, did they pop and crack... especially in this cold weather. Sound familiar?
wait... did you see what I said? I said USED TO... haha.. Key words!
Interested in what changed? Want to know my secret? It is a little blend I created using some essential oils, melted just a little bit of all natural menthol crystals, coconut oil, shea, and a few other nourishing oils. Whipped it with a blender and voila! HEAVEN!
Now I don't expect most people can do this. I am practically a certified aromatherapist and have over 300 hours of schooling in it, after all... but you can get what I've got if you're interested!!

Science plays a real role as well. With the chemical makeup of the oils. Proving them effective for pain, emotions, and many uses.
