Hello all!!!!
It’s that time of year!! Time for a few little PSA’s.
1. If you are feeling poorly, DO NOT COME IN. I have a business to run and a diabetic child to protect. Plus, I work on MULTIPLE older people with poor immune systems. DO. NOT. spread your germs. Please reschedule. I understand you hurt, and I will go OUT OF MY WAY to reschedule you as soon as you are cootie free. Sharing IS NOT caring with sickness.
2. I am a small business owner. This time of year gets rough with sickness, no shows, holidays and crappy weather.
I can only provide for my family and pay bills WHEN YOU SHOW UP FOR YOUR APPTS.
I am SO VERY understanding of emergencies and sickness, and i understand that sometimes, we get so busy we forget, BUT, my time is money.
IF YOU HAVE TO CANCEL due to sickness, please let me know when you START feeling poorly if at all possible. Someone else might be able to fill that spot if i can allow them enough time to plan around it.
IF YOU NO SHOW, and it’s not an emergency, please know and try to understand that I am going to have to start charging for the full appt.
It will be invoiced to you through my square app, or if you already use other paying apps with me, through there.
I truly hate to have to be the “bad guy” in situations this close to holidays, but please people, try to understand that people who are in any type of service industries like mine and so many others, work their butts off to live. With everything being so expensive, prices going up on everything, we are like everyone else just trying to make it through. Trying to not raise my prices in this economy is really tough, but it makes it even more so when we have constant no shows and last min cancellations.
PLEASE be courteous and understanding of your service people. We understand life happens, but it takes so few seconds to keep us posted so we can do what we need to on our end to continue providing for others.
