✨ Mind Body Yoga ✨
A Yoga Den Original, our Mind Body class follows the Kripalu tradition — suitable for all levels, including beginners. 🌿
This grounding, slower-flow practice emphasizes safe alignment, deep stretching, and breath awareness 🧘♀️. Modifications are always offered, and permission-based language creates an inclusive, welcoming atmosphere for everyone. 💛
In this class, we hold each shape a little longer to see where it takes you — in both body and mind. 🪷
The sequence flows like a mountain 🏔️:
⬇️ Beginning on the back → prone
⬆️ Seated → standing
⬇️ Then gently back down — prone, seated, and finally supine.
🌡️ Classes are held around 78° for optimal stretching and comfort. Come experience the calm strength of Mind Body yoga this week!
