Here’s how it works:
1. Grab an ornament
2. Scan the QR codes to find their wish list.
3. Shop for their gifts on Amazon.
4. Bring in the gifts and the ornament back into the office! 🎁
That’s all it takes to help spread Christmas cheer to some local kids in need!

All gifts are due by Thursday, December 4!

Existing patients! If you bring in your bestie next week to schedule an appointment they’ll receive a complimentary first visit AND you BOTH get some Radiant Family Chiropractic swag!

It’s beginning to look a lot like Christmas!🎄

Our Angel Tree is officially up in the office! This year, we’re partnering with Family Support Services of Nassau and Duval County to bring some Christmas joy!

Each tag represents a local child in need for Christmas. You can choose a tag, shop for their gift using the QR codes, and bring it back to the office by December 4th!

Your generosity will help make the season brighter for families right here in our area! ❤️

Stop by for your adjustment, pick an ornament, and help us spread a little extra joy this holiday season (even if we’re still in flip flops🤣🙃)
