Today we were BRAVE! ❤ Members of our team attended the BRAVE Summit for high school students across Florida. The Summit serves as a safe place to talk to other high school students and support professionals about mental health and mental wellness in order to normalize the conversation. Mental Health Matters!

What is Open Access? Open Access hours are set times when individuals can receive support on a walk-in basis. No prior scheduling is required...people are welcome to come as they are, when they need help. If you want to take advantage of Open Access, please be aware of our Open Access Schedule 👇
Fernandina Beach: Fridays 8am-12pm
Callahan: Wednesdays 10am - 4pm and Fridays 8am-12pm
Yulee: Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays 8am-2pm

*please set aside 2.5-3 hours so we have enough time to get to know you and support your needs 💚

The panel is free and open to the public, it will be held at the Fernandina Beach Women's Club on Wednesday April 8th from 4:00PM - 6:00PM in their clubhouse.

🚨 Mental health funding needs our voices, now! 🚨

The FY 2027 federal funding process is underway, and Mental Health Awareness Training (MHAT) grants are at risk. These grants support education and awareness around mental health in communities like ours.

Rep. Doris Matsui (CA) is leading a Dear Colleague letter asking Congress to support MHAT funding. Lawmakers have until March 25 to sign on.

A strong showing of support can help ensure this vital program keeps at least the same funding next year!
