Thanks to everyone who attended our recent FREE CPR workshop! One of the most common questions we receive is: “What is the age limit to attend?”

The answer is simple — attendees need to be physically able to provide effective chest compressions and participate in hands-on training.

With summer quickly approaching, children will soon be out of school, older siblings may help care for younger family members, grandparents may be supervising children, and swimming activities will increase throughout Yuma County.
