Here’s a recap of some of our recent community outreach efforts as we continue spreading the word about Heart Health Awareness.

Thank you to Yuma County CTE Career Day for the opportunity to engage with students who are invested in the future. Thank you as well to the Yuma Sun for hosting a Health and Wellness event that aligns with our commitment to promoting health throughout our Yuma community.

And of course, a special thank you to Jennifer Blackwell and Teresa Straub for the opportunity to share our efforts in promoting heart health and educating our community.

We are grateful for the opportunity to share our story and the services we provide, and to be part of such a strong and supportive Yuma community.
