What is 4/20? The term dates back to the early 1970s, when a group of friends in California would meet at 4:20pm to search for a hidden cannabis crop. “420” became their code and over time, it grew into a global symbol of cannabis culture, unity, and advocacy.

Today, 4/20 is a day to honor the plant, reflect on its history, and celebrate how far the industry and community have come.

Since 2013, Yuma Dispensary has stood as the only dispensary in Yuma built with intention, rooted in care, and dedicated to serving our community with integrity.

From the very beginning, our mission has been simple: to provide access, education, and a deeper understanding of this plant.

Cannabis is more than a product. It’s medicine for the body, mind, and soul. Through cannabinoids and terpenes, it works in harmony with the endocannabinoid system, supporting balance, healing, and overall well-being.

Today, we celebrate not just the culture, but the journey, the patients, the customers, and every person who has trusted us along the way.
