Taking this week off honestly feels like a dream. Like this isn't real. I know that may sound and seem dramatic to most of you reading this, but if it does, it's only because you don't know me. The real me.

I'm a workaholic. Through and through. Good or bad, it is what it is. I'm trying to be more mindful of my children and of my self care, especially with all the change going on right now.

Since Saturday, I feel like I'm able to breathe. To think. To be with only me, even though my kids are always at my side.

I feel truly grateful and blessed to have this 7 day vacay. Thank you God, for allowing this to happen for me and my kids 🙏🏼🤍

I've never done this before so this is a big deal to me. But as an energy worker, I know that I cannot operate from an empty cup. Time is needed for me to rest and recalibrate this week.

What is a Sound Bath?

A sound bath is a deeply relaxing, meditative experience where YOU, a stressed out 😬, burnt out😓, over-this-BS😤 individual lays down and listens to multiple sound frequencies😌🎶 produced by different instruments such as gongs🌕, crystal quartz singing bowls🥣, rain sticks 🌧️and koshi chimes🔔. You are then essentially "bathing" in sound waves, reducing your stress levels, lowering your heart rate, and assisting in emotional release 🤍😌
