At the same time, there are often hidden barriers that we usually cannot see that keep us from fully healing and changing. As amazing as we are as human beings, we were not built to go through change all alone. Having the compassionate assistance of a fellow traveler can make all the difference. Why waste another moment of your life trying to "do it on your own", especially if that strategy isn't getting you the long-term results you have been seeking.
