We understand that life happens and sometimes appointments get missed. However, with our move to the new building and a growing number of patients needing care, our No Call / No Show Policy still stands.
When an appointment is missed without notice, that time could have been used for another patient who needed to be seen.
Our policy is as follows:
• 1st No Call / No Show: Warning letter
• 2nd No Call / No Show: $25 No Show Fee (we reserve the right to bill this fee)
• 3rd No Call / No Show: Patient termination letter
We kindly ask that if you cannot make your appointment, please call the office so we can offer that time to someone else in need.
