Melissa Charis is a Holistic Nutritionist and Movement Therapist who works with women who want to incorporate holistic practices into their daily life supporting a life of balance and wellness. My mission is to guide my clients into a Holistic way of living a life of Balance between Mind, Body, Spirit, Career, Finances, & Relationships through a collection of holistic healing modalities including nutrition, health & wellness, movement, spiritual diagnostics, meditation, & energy work. The paradigm that The Way You Do One Thing Is The Way You Do Everything is where my philosophy was born; If one element of the Holistic Circle of life is out of alignment, it will affect all other elements in our circle leaving us feeling imbalanced. As a Holistic Practitioner & Alchemist I work with my client’s individual needs & desires to create their Holistic Life Practice; teach them how to self-heal, take them beyond who they are in the physical sense leading them to their true soul & essence. My intentions are to meet my clients where they are, help them create their Circle of Holistic Life, rewire their limiting beliefs, push them to find their true authentic self; to help give themselves permission to become wildly successful.
