🍎Apple-Cinnamon Overnight Oats
Busy mornings don’t have to mean skipping breakfast! These Apple-Cinnamon Overnight Oats are packed with fiber, protein, and antioxidants to keep you energized, satisfied, and feeling your best through the fall season.
🥣 Ingredients (serves 1–2):
½ cup old-fashioned oats
½ cup low-fat milk or unsweetened almond milk
¼ cup plain Greek yogurt
½ apple, diced (leave the skin on for extra fiber!)
½ tsp cinnamon
1 tsp chia seeds or ground flaxseed
1 tsp honey or maple syrup (optional)
🍏 Instructions:
In a jar or container, combine all ingredients and stir well.
Cover and refrigerate overnight (or at least 4 hours).
