Finding Peace in the Final Journey 💛

Watching someone you love enter the final stage of life is never easy. Understanding what to expect can bring peace and help you provide comfort.

1–3 months out: more tired, less appetite, withdrawing from activities, some confusion.
1–2 weeks out: sleeping most of the day, less interest in food, breathing changes, increased confusion.
Days or hours: little or no responsiveness, cool hands/feet, irregular breathing, peaceful
withdrawal.

Being prepared allows you to offer comfort and stay present in these precious moments.
