Update from Kristen on Ryder’s surgery

Ryder's open heart surgery was a success! He is still in pain but managing much better now that he had the chest tubes removed. We are leaving the ICU soon and headed to a more peaceful private room.

🏃‍♂️ Join Our Free 'Matter of Balance' Class! 🏃‍♀️

We're excited to partner with Genesis Healthcare System Outpatient Rehabilitation to offer Matter of Balance, a free 8-week series focused on fall risk, prevention, and safety.

📅 Class Details:

When: Tuesdays, May 13 - July 1

Time: 9:00 AM - 11:00 AM

Where: The Center

📚 What to Expect:

Educational lectures and practical exercises.

Exercises begin in the third week.

A certificate of completion is awarded to those who attend at least six classes.

These sessions will help you:
