Today we’re celebrating Dr. Vincent Pasquarello for 35 years of dedicated service and his incredible impact on oral health in our communities. His compassion, patience, and commitment to care make him a true public health champion.

District 4 offers dental services in Lamar and Heard counties, including exams, X-rays, sealants, fillings, extractions, fluoride varnish, and more.

Services are available for children, pregnant women, and adults. We accept Georgia Medicaid (not Medicare or private insurance).

Georgia DPH officials have confirmed measles in an unvaccinated Bryan County resident. (Bryan County is located south of Savannah.) There is no history of international travel, but the individual recently traveled out of state. DPH is notifying individuals who may have been exposed to the virus and are at increased risk of developing measles.

This is Georgia’s second confirmed measles case in 2026. The first case was in a baby too young to receive routine measles vaccination. The baby, who lives in the Coastal Health District, acquired the virus while traveling internationally.
