City on a Hill Health Clinic Free medical and mental health clinic for the uninsured. We treat minor illnesses, urgent care and chronic illnesses. Services offered are:
1.

Tuesday evening general clinic for minor illnesses and limited assistance for chronic illnesses. Call main number for an appointment.
2. Wednesday morning Continued Care Clinic staffed by a an advanced practice provider. This clinic provides follow up care for those who have chronic illnesses. By appointment only.
3. Thursday morning clinic.for minor illnesses and limited assistance for chronic illnesses. Call main number for an appointment. Staffed by advanced practice provider.
4. Women's health clinic held every third Thursday of each month. Free pap tests, physical exams and referrals for free mammograms for those who qualify. Call the main number to make an appointment.
5. Community Health Worker consultation for assistance with housing, insurance sign up and other basic needs. Call the main number for more information.
6. Spanish interpreter available.

As October starts, we announce our annual Breast Fest fundraiser. Supporting City on a Hill in Zeeland, Michigan, all funds raised go to providing free mammograms and Pap smears to women in need.

Currently, the Michigan Department of Health and Human Services (MDHHS) is considering making changes to mental health plans, which could have very negative consequences for the entire system.
